OFFERS AND PRICES

The product offers that are proposed on this WEB are limited to Spanish territory. Promotional offers are only valid during the period of validity of said offer and are conditioned by the current available stock.

The prices that appear on the WEB are indicated in Euros and include VAT (except for CANARIAS CEUTA AND MELILLA, which do not include the corresponding indirect tax). These prices do not include the cost of shipping costs (see table) and may change during the year, being billed according to the rate in force at the time of recording the order. The products will be owned by SAFEBOW until the amount is paid in full.

 

THE REQUEST

When you confirm your order by clicking on the "next" button, in section "04 transportation", you declare that you accept the order, and must accept the order for it to be processed correctly in accordance with these general conditions of sale. This is when your order is processed by customer service so that you can receive it.

As soon as your order is recorded, you will receive a detailed acknowledgment of receipt to your email address, in which the exact amount and delivery conditions of said order will be indicated. You agree that our order recording systems constitute sufficient proof of the contract and the date. SAFEBOW reserves the right to cancel any order placed or only allow payment by bank card to any customer who has been late in payment or with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason due to irregularity. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All the products included in the WEB will be subject to the availability of the products. In case of unavailability of products after the order has been saved, we undertake to inform you and indicate the new deadline in which you will receive your order. In this case, you will have the option of canceling your order by reimbursing the amount paid in your case by bank transfer within 15 days of the cancellation request, or you can request the change of your order by contacting by e-mail: sonia@t-and-u.com.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

In SAFEBOW we have a secure and confidential payment system for our clients.

We offer our clients the following payment methods: 


  1. Credit card

The payment of your order will be made at the time your package leaves, not when you place the order. The amount we discount is only for the items we send you.

Refunds of money are made through the same card.

With this payment method, you can choose any shipping method:

-HOME

Payment by bank card is totally safe. The payment system used is  Virtual POS, a secure and confidential payment platform. You will make the payment on a Banc Sabadell screen, where you will enter your phone number and receive a later code to validate.

 

  1. Cash on delivery. (Payment in cash to the person who delivers the package)

The cash on delivery payment is made in cash upon receipt of the package at home.

It has an over-cost for management expenses of 3 euros.

For cases of money returns we will send you a check or bank transfer. If the amount of the return is less than 10 euros, we will issue you a discount voucher to be discounted on the next order.
